Pilates: The Reformer

The Reformer enables the body to experience a non-impact wokout using springs for resistance.

Pilates developes core strength, movement efficiency, and integration of body and mind. It is a method of full body movements resulting in increased coordination.

Studio Fee's:
Introductory Session: This one-time, private, 30 minute session is an introduction to Pilates.
Cost is $30 and is applied in full to your next studio purchase.

Private Training: $460 for 10 sessions. These sessions are designed for your specific needs.
Private training is strongly recommended and/or required for clients with physical challenges or specific health concerns.

Semi-Private Training: (2 participants) $375 per participant for 10 sessions. Work out with a friend or we can match you with a partner with similar training experience.

Group Training: (3-4 Participants) $312 per participant for five weeks, meeting two times per week.
There are no refunds for missed classes.
